We recognise certificates for the following levels:
Method Specialist
Candidate must pass an oral and written exam and must have put a minimum of 2 projects in the relevant field into practice with proven financial and/or quality yield.
The following fields of study are eligible:
- Lean
- Quality Engineer
- Lean Six Sigma
- Six Sigma
- APQP / PPAP / MSA / QS
- Problem Solver: 8D, A3
- Design Of Experiments
- FMEA
- Quality Function Deployment
Trainer Method
Candidate is successful as Method specialist and has completed at least 2 training courses in the given field of study with positive feedback from the participants (average feedback quota of IKMW sheet may not be lower than 80% and no single value below 75%), IKMW Sensei participates in the training as a mentor. Eligible fields of study same as above (Method Specialist).
Consultant Method
Candidate is successful as a Method Specialist and can lead minimum 2 projects as a freelance consultant in a firm which is in a sector other than its current employer. Eligible fields of study same as above (Method Specialist).
Sensei Method
